We played our first show at Audio with the amazing Give from Washington D.C. We have seen some of our favourite bands on that wobbly stage, in that dingy under-the-bridge venue. The shows we have played and promoted at Audio have all been amazing, welcoming and easygoing. Now in the wake of the Covid-19 crisis Audio, like many small venues is facing closure, and we would hate to see this small but fantastic space shut for good.

This t-shirt is a small token of our admiration for Audio and other amazing venues that allow bands like ours to do what we do in front of an audience of like-minded people. The government funding will, no doubt, keep the huge venues afloat (who also have masses of corporate funding) but I doubt much of it will trickle down to smaller spaces like Audio.

The image is taken from the fable of the Lion and the Mouse, which tells us we should not judge how useful someone or something is based on it's size or appearance. Many of the huge bands who play night after night in front of thousands of adoring fans started out in venues like Audio.

The shirts are Continental Earthpositive which is Fairtrade, Organic, Carbon neutral and Vegan approved. The fit is pretty much spot on in my experience and the cotton is lighter than Gildan Heavy, but not as light as Gildan Softstyle.

As this is a preorder, we need at least half of the sales before we can place the order, so it could be 4-6 weeks before you get these through your door.
